build: 重新构建前端资源文件，更新资源哈希

1.  更新index.html中引入的资源文件哈希
2.  新增/替换业务组件的打包资源文件
3.  删除旧的哈希命名的冗余资源文件
4.  同步更新PageHelp.vue组件逻辑，支持顶层字段渲染
